Just some of the health benefits that our customers tell us come from feeding a raw diet:
How Much Raw Food Should I Feed My Dog?
You need to consider your pets size, weight, breed, age, metabolism, and if you want your dog to lose, gain or maintain their weight. Puppies require more food spread across more meals and senior dogs may require less food because they are less active. Remember that this is a guide amount
ADULT DOGS FEED 2-3% OF IDEAL BODYWEIGHT DAILY
ADULT CATS FEED 2- 3% OF THE IDEAL BODYWEIGHT DAILY
our FOOD ARRIVES FROZEN and you then STORE it IN THE FREEZER, DEFROST IN FRIDGE AND USE WITHIN 3 DAYS (SAFE TO DEFROST, PORTION & REFREEZE).
ALWAYS SUPERVISE FEEDING, AS WITH ANY RAW MEAT. IT’S SENSIBLE THAT YOU WASH HANDS AND SURFACES AFTER HANDLING.
Which switching method will work for you?
The Straight SwapKeeping it simple. This method works for 99% of dogs and cats. When starting on a raw diet for your cat or dog insure you leave a 12 hour switching period, our customer prefer to do this overnight.
A vast majority of cats and dogs will transition smoothly with a straight swap. For a very small majority of cats and dogs, with sensitive stomachs or health conditions, a phased introduction approach over 6 days may be better, reducing the old food gradually
